1st Birthday and Christmas
Sorry for the lack of posts. The holidays were super busy. Not only did we have Christmas, but we also had Ellie's 1st birthday party. Life doesn't get more complicated than that!

She absolutely loves her kitchen!

Thanksgiving
Ellie's first Thanksgiviving was fun. She ate all the great food of the holiday, but didn't like much of it. However, she loved the crescent rolls. She is taking after her Auntie! I've included pictures and some videos.

Halloween
Ellie's first Halloween was fun. She dressed up as a pirate along with Chloe. Mom and Dad picked up some candy, but the little trick-or-treater only made it a half hour before she fell asleep in the stroller. Hopefully next year she'll make it a little longer. Below are the pics of the evening. I've also included pictures of us getting ready for the Bengals game. (Thanks Aunt Erin)

On the move
Ellie has been on the move so much lately. She is crawling so fast, it is so hard to keep up with her. She is also pulling herself up on everything and almost standing on her own. I keep waiting for her to just take off any minute now. So scary! It's hard to believe she's already 10 and a half months old.
Here are som pics from our trip to Gatlinburg
We were minature golfing and Ellie absolutely loved it.

Here's some of Ellie's new crazy sleeping positions. She prefers her belly now and usually likes to be tucked tight into the side of the crib.
She's also taught the dog a new trick.

Disney trip '09
We went to Disney the middle of September and now finally have the pictures. We spent 4 days in Disney, swimming, going to the park and dressing up for the Halloween party. Ellie finally met Mickey Mouse. She was so excited to see him, but he made her cry when he kissed her with his big head. Below are the pictures.
She didn't mind being in her stroller! Good for us!
All the swimming made her tired
The whole family dressed up. The boys (Brian and Zak) decided they were too cool to join in.
Ellie was dancing with Stitch. How cute!
Meeting Mickey Mouse for the first time
Spending time with Aunt Erin and Uncle Zak
Ellie was obsessed with Mr. Potato head as we waited in line for a ride.
I mean look at that face as he was talking!
And for those of you who can't believe (including me) Yes that is Zak holding and playing with Ellie! He finally gave in and got over the drool
After Disney we drove down to Zak and Erin's in Ft. Lauderdale. We went fishing in the ocean while we were there. It rained for part of the morning and then was sunny the rest of the time. But of course we came up short after 4 hours
As we were headed out to the ocean we saw our next house that is for sale. It is only priced at $48 mil!
Our only catch of the day 1 king mackarel. Oh well, we still had fun.

Sorry for the lack of posts
We've been busy and haven't had time to post. Ellie now has 4 teeth and has learned to 'crawl'. We call it the inch worm because she doesn't traditionally crawl. She is also pulling herself up on everything and doesn't know what to do. It is only a matter of time before she starts walking. Here are pictures that we've captured over the last month or so.
Can you see all 4 teeth?
